Martin Bester brings 10 years of experience in managed IT services, infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and client-facing technical leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked directly with small and mid-sized organizations across a wide range of industries, helping businesses design, support, secure, and modernize the technology they depend on every day.

His technical background includes extensive experience with enterprise networking and security platforms from Fortinet and Cisco, along with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, endpoint management, backup and disaster recovery, cloud infrastructure, and multi-site network environments. Martin has also worked with Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes, supporting cloud-hosted SaaS applications and production environments where reliability, security, scalability, and uptime are critical.

Over the years, Martin has progressed from frontline technical support into senior systems administration, network engineering, infrastructure management, and technical leadership. That experience has given him a broad understanding of both the day-to-day issues users encounter and the larger architectural decisions that determine whether an organization’s technology remains reliable and secure over the long term.

At RnB Cloud, Martin leads the company’s technical strategy, client relationships, solution design, managed services, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud projects, networking, and technology planning. His approach is centered on understanding the business first, then recommending technology that is practical, secure, maintainable, and appropriate for the organization rather than deploying technology for its own sake.

Martin also has a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly cloud-native infrastructure, automation, artificial intelligence, and the practical use of AI within business environments. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into everyday operations, he is focused on helping organizations adopt these tools responsibly while considering security, permissions, data privacy, governance, and measurable business value.
